April Sunday Series - Yoga Flow 25.04.21

This Sunday Series is designed to get you into the routine of practicing regular yoga. With Covid restrictions still in place I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy yoga from their own home. The class will be an open level class and suitable to all levels from beginner to advanced. There are 3 yoga classes running in the April Sunday Series: 11th April, 18th April, 25th April. Classes will be recorded and available for 1 week online - just in case you cant make it!
