2. Body Basics - learn about how the body responds to under eating, over eating and exercise.
3. Emotional Eating - learn how powerful the mind is and how to use it to work with you, not against you when eating.
4. Diet Myths - we set the record straight on popular diet myths that get in the way of real results.
5. Q&A - when you sign up you have an opportunity to send in a question, or ask us on the night!
