Vino's + Vinyasa

Join me for an open level class (beginner friendly) this Saturday! Missing your yoga studio during this lockdown? Or for my overseas friends who love yoga from the comfort of their own home? This 1hr flow will be a fluid and dynamic practice that will get you warm, stretch you out and get those muscles firing! For my fellow Aussies in lockdown - join me with a glass of vino to warm up the body and loosen up the muscles (I suppose my UK friends could do that too but I don't usually recommend wine at 9am...). The class will be recorded and sent out for those that cant make it or ant to do it again!
