This yoga class has been designed specifically for pole dancers, to tune into their bodies, build strength, flexibility, learn how to headstand and support the bodies return back to the studio!

About the Event
The class will be a 1hr flow and will focus specifically on flexibility in the spine (back bending), lower body (splits) and shoulders (strengthening and opening). This full body flow will get you tuning into your body, getting lost in the flow and learning active flexibility to protect your body from injury. We will also be practicing headstand and other arm balances to help with floor work too! My background is in gymnastics, pole dancing, yoga and fitness and if you want to improve your ability to fly around the pole with grace, this class is for YOU.
